Thomas Kloos

Current Iona College assistant coach. At his HS alma mater, El Camino, Kloos was named California Coaches Association Boys Cross Country Coach of the Year in '04. Among his many accomplishments at El Camino was the development of 2005 Footlocker National Cross Country Chaqmpion, AJ Acosta. Kloos was a two-time Cross Country Academic All-American in 1997 and 1998 at Columbia. In 2003, he finished ninth in the 3000-meter steeple chase at the United States National Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 8:30.
