Typical Schedule

 

7:15: Wake up
7:30: 15-25 min easy run
8:30: Breakfast
9:30: Mini talks (4 topics each day)
10:30: Sport time (floor hockey, kickball, games, ultimate frisbee. gaga etc.)
Noon: Lunch

1:00: Rest Time/ form analysis

3:00: Active Warm up
3:30: Main run
5:00: Static stretching in your running groups
5:30: Showers
6:30: Dinner
7:30: Guest Speaker
9:00: Evening Social activity
10:30: Quiet time in the cabin or movie
11:00 pm: Lights out
